All in all, it was really great. Our South American guide wasn't in the best mood, though – he got a bit brusque at the slightest mistake, which dampened the atmosphere in the dinghy a little. But that shouldn't detract from the activity itself or the overall experience. My only minor complaint was that everything was conducted exclusively in English.★

It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.★

It was great because I could visit tourist spots at a discount, and it even included public transportation. You can easily get your money's worth by using it at least 2-3 places. Also, having the card made my trip much smoother, as I could use it to avoid places where I would normally have given up due to entrance fees or where I would have chosen to walk.★

I had an amazing experience on the Vienna: Hallstatt, Salzburg, Alps & Lakes Day Trip. Hallstatt was absolutely breathtaking; peaceful, picturesque, and even more beautiful in person than in photos. I also really enjoyed the stunning Alpine views and the serene lakes along the way. The whole trip was well-organized and truly unforgettable. Lydia, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely interesting, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience Austria’s natural beauty in a day!
