The short break was very well planned by the Neustadt travel agency. The hotel, city tour, and harbor cruise were all well organized. The train journey went perfectly, right down to the minute. I would gladly book with TUI again.

We recently took the tour and it was fantastic. The guide was funny and shared a wealth of knowledge in a humorous way. The only downside was that the speakers were quite quiet, but that might have been because other guests were talking rather loudly. We would definitely do the tour again and highly recommend it.
