At first, I was a bit skeptical. We had to check in and watch a video, you see. Then, we spent 45 minutes sitting in a waiting area where they had forgotten about us. As a compromise, we were given the front seats 'for free'. These seats don't cost anything extra anyway, but they are based on weight, so a special offer? We received a card with our seat number on it from a man who paid us absolutely no attention otherwise. We noticed ourselves that these weren't the right seats at all, and when we pointed this out, he just laughed stupidly. The lady behind the welcome desk was also clearly irritated. Next, this man sat next to us watching Reels with the volume on maximum, which was very annoying and unprofessional. Fortunately, the tour itself made up for everything, because it is truly fantastic! It was pure enjoyment from the moment we stepped into the helicopter until we were back on the ground. The Grand Canyon helicopter tour is one of the most beautiful tours ever! Despite our initial reaction, highly recommended!

Despite the bad weather, the guide did his best and still managed to find a few viewpoints where the sun peeked through and it wasn't constantly raining. Generally, I find the seats in the Hummer too cramped for two people. Perhaps they should change it so that only one person can sit comfortably on the bench. Otherwise, it was a great adventure.

We had a great time. Our tour guide Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had an 8 persons group. We saw additional views that you don’t get with the scenic stops. Seeing the sunset looking out over the canyon was amazing. A very excellent and enjoyable tour. The IMAX show is included with each ticket.

Jared our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. He took us to some hidden photo opportunities away from the crowds. He informed us of the landscape, wildlife and plants etc, including own experiences, historical events etc in an interesting and sometimes humorous manner. Thank you Jared
