There were some areas where the speed dropped, but this was the same with other services used by my travel companions, so I think it's a regional issue. The signal is excellent. Installation was easy; just follow the instructions. It was ready to use right away after unloading, very convenient. Wi-Fi calling is fantastic; I never miss a call. I'll definitely buy more data when it runs out. Highly recommend! I've only been in London so far, so I'm not sure about the signal outside the city.
