Works very well and has been using these eSIMs multiple times for my multiple trips to Indonesia. There is no need to contact customer service. Comments for Trip.com - why I must rate customer support level? I didn’t use the service, so I can’t rate it. But I cannot submit my review without rating it. This is ridiculous. So I put simply put “mid point” performance.

Easy to install. Convenient to use. Good signal. Works well even in many places. There is a link to check how much you have used. Recommended. No need to put in a SIM card, it's a hassle.
