The car pick-up, drop-off, and various charter services were excellent. The staff, Yuan Wei and Mr. Zhang, were truly dedicated to serving their guests. I hope to meet them again next time. They recommended restaurants and reminded us to be careful, and since I was traveling with my baby, they were very kind to the child. They also recommended a hotel for my next stay. Although the recommended restaurants and hotels were a bit pricey, the service and food were definitely worth it. I'll definitely use Ctrip again next time.★

We had a lovely day visiting the Garden of Morning Calm ( a terrific arboretum) and Nami Island with Sally. The Dakgalbi at the wharf in between the two sites , was a highlight. Overall, we felt that the service and pace of the tour was fantastic , we never felt rushed pushed towards tourist traps. It was wonderfully relaxed , and Sally was a kind and attentive guide.Trip.com picks
