An unexpectedly wonderful experience! The travel agency, SA Tour, and our guide, Yamy, made excellent arrangements. They made sure to note our requests beforehand, and even sent a WhatsApp group message before departure to inform us of the itinerary and things to watch out for. Yamy's arrangements and explanations on the day were meticulous and attentive, making it a wonderful day trip. The guide and the itinerary deserve full marks! The alpacas were adorable, the bicycles and miniature train were fun, and there was ample time for sightseeing. Nami Island is beautiful and relaxing, with many small animals and trees; walking and cycling are very pleasant. The only downside is to be prepared for traffic on the return trip, which took over two hours. Overall, however, the trip was fulfilling, fun, and the scenery was beautiful, with a great guide. Full marks! Thank you so much, Yamy, for the arrangements. Very good!★

We had a great day trip with the kids, and our guide, Kim Ji-hye, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were also a few passengers on the bus from English-speaking groups, so we listened to the tour in both Chinese and English – quite interesting! Haha 😄 Perhaps because they catered to Chinese tourists, the English explanations about the Korean War were even more detailed.
During the meeting with North Korean defectors, they showed many scenes from movies about North Korean escapes. One defector, an older woman, said she was a North Korean fisherman. When the North Korean government wanted to confiscate their fishing boat, she and her family escaped to South Korea in their boat. Then everyone asked her many questions in English.
Taking photos was prohibited at the observation deck overlooking North Korea 🇰🇵 and at the Third Tunnel. The guide said there was a 30 million won fine for taking photos 😭 Inside the restricted area, South Korean soldiers came up to check passports, and some tourists in our group pulled out their Chinese passports of various colors – so funny! 😄★

Zero is beautiful and kind-hearted. I completely don't understand why she said some tourists commented that she wasn't good-looking but was professional—she's clearly very beautiful! She's fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean, a professional tour leader, and has a dry sense of humor. The trip was excellent value for money. The miniature train was fun too; I loved watching Winter Sonata as a child, so this was a dream come true. At Petite France, the kids had a blast on the inflatable slides, and the adults took great photos. At the end of the trip, we even went to Hongdae to listen to music. Overall, it was a perfect, incredibly enriching, and unforgettable trip.★

The boarding process was very smooth! However, it's difficult to predict the arrival time of the plane and the time for immigration and baggage claim, so I made a reservation with plenty of leeway, but ended up with too much leeway, haha. Next time, I think I'll just take the local trains that come one after another instead of booking the express train in advance. If you just want to get to Seoul Station as quickly as possible, the local trains might be a better option. The train interior was really cute in October, with a Pokémon collaboration.★
