The car pick-up, drop-off, and various charter services were excellent. The staff, Yuan Wei and Mr. Zhang, were truly dedicated to serving their guests. I hope to meet them again next time. They recommended restaurants and reminded us to be careful, and since I was traveling with my baby, they were very kind to the child. They also recommended a hotel for my next stay. Although the recommended restaurants and hotels were a bit pricey, the service and food were definitely worth it. I'll definitely use Ctrip again next time.★

This trip offered both cultural and natural value, allowing participants to appreciate rich history while enjoying stunning scenery. Our guide, Jean, a native Korean, spoke fluent and authentic Mandarin and was incredibly warm and attentive, providing detailed explanations of the rich historical background throughout the journey.
