I loved the rafting and guides. This is my first time and the guides did a great job ensuring we knew what we we getting into while saving surprising adventures along the way. The guides were exactly who'd I like them to be given my first time. The jetboard ride was fun and a cool way to ease into experience. The gear and equipment were as advertised and kept me warm even after jumping in. Overall AMAZING experience. Can't wait to go again! Thank you RealNZ for fulfilling a 20 year dream. Our mates that rafted with us were great too. 😉

The experience was great from start to finish. We had Luke as our guide and he was nothing short of brilliant. Very knowledgeable, great communicator, engaging and friendly. When faced with a minor medical emergency on board, Luke worked well to ensure the person was taken care of under pressure. He was very friendly and I would definitely recommend him as a guide and this activity in general!
