Our tour guide was informative, well educated on history, caring and patient. He ensured the 430 step climb was right for each individual. He checked on the pace, he gave options if people wanted to stop at any level. It is a tour that is breathtaking both on the inside and out of the Duomo. Your ticket also gets you into the baptistry, the Belltower and Duomo. He spent significant time inside the tower and we had lots of time at the first and second level inside the dome and outside. Wonderful experience.

This was such a great experience, for two out of three of us it was our first time at this exhibit. The tour guide met us and handed us our earpieces, and we were able to easily navigate entrance in the tour process with them. I definitely recommend going this route for first timers!
