The ferry journey was very smooth. The boat is wide and large, ensuring stability and safety even in the face of huge waves. There weren't many people on board. Free watermelon and butter biscuits were provided. See the picture below for the view from the boat windows. There was also a counter for issuing boarding passes. Date: 2026/7/1.

The hotel's beach is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean. I booked a front-row room with a sea view! Free shuttle service to and from the pier is provided upon check-in and check-out. After disembarking at Tonsai, just look for hotel staff; someone will meet you. The boat departs every hour on the hour for check-out. Breakfast is decent. There are even kittens in the hotel.

We paid for our tickets through the app, received QR codes, and showed them to the driver when boarding! It's a great option for those who don't have local currency and don't want to pay exorbitant taxi fares. Our journey from the airport to Karon took 1.5 hours. The bus was air-conditioned and the driver was clean and polite. We left the international terminal through Exit 8 and walked straight through the canopy to the domestic terminal. The bus stop was easy to find; it was already there and departed right on schedule. I highly recommend this service!

Honestly, I contacted them more than 48 hours before departure and paid online. I gave them all my information and flight details through the app, and I kept in touch with them on WhatsApp. They directed me to Gate 2, and I waited for more than 20 minutes. They wanted me to go upstairs, but I insisted they come to me at a location we hadn't agreed upon. That's why it might have been even more delayed. But honestly, airport taxis or Bolt are cheaper and faster… I don't want to say the driver was being difficult, demanding 300 baht, but I had already paid more than 100 riyals inclusive of everything. If they wanted an extra 300 baht, I would have paid it immediately. Luckily, I didn't have cash. I told him, "Okay, I'll pay by card. I'll withdraw the money from this ATM right here." Otherwise, I would have given it to him and been done with it because he contacted the company and sent me a link asking me to pay a different amount, as if I were making a new booking. I won't bore you with the details, but the truth is what happened. I didn't lie or make things up, and I gave them an excellent rating, so you should be careful.
