We departed from our Cebu hotel at 4 AM, and after a 3-hour drive, arrived in Oslob for a close encounter with whale sharks (the world's largest fish). In the afternoon, we went diving in Moalboal to see sardines. The round trip took over 8 hours, but it was definitely worth it. Although it was a shared tour, there were only 7 of us. The driver was Filipino, and the guide was Chinese (Xiao Duan). They provided commentary throughout the trip, and the service was excellent. They took great care of everyone, and communication was seamless.

It was a very relaxing tour, the almost 2hours travel was worth it. Malcapuya Island was my favorite. This was my 3rd tour with Ellens Travel but still didn’t disappoint, best customer service! Highly recommended ❤️

The tour was nice, and the tour guides were so accommodating. During the lunchtime, they assisted us well, especially since we have a kid. I would like to try going there again once I get the chance. However, due to the bad weather condition, we weren't able to visit one of the destinations in the itinerary yet. It's considerable since the weather isn't good yet. The tour guides were able to offer us other spots, which are not included, for some sort of compensation. The lunch was all served well, to the point that whenever we requested additional food, they immediately served it. They also prioritized our safety by informing us real-time. Aside from it, we travelled by bus, and we arrived at the Bancal port quite late than the time expected, yet the guide never failed us to reach us and wait for us. It was a heart-warming accommodation. I hope to be back again and hoping that the guide will be the same as well. Thank you so much for this great experience. We enjoyed the tour well. yey
