I was a bit worried because it wasn't a company in Boracay that catered exclusively to Koreans, but they contacted me via KakaoTalk and WhatsApp the day before. The ride went smoothly, but before boarding the boat, I gave a 50 tip. However, right before heading to my accommodation, some people there were making a fuss by asking how much luggage I had, so I ended up giving another tip. They then ran away without even loading my bags. It wasn't this specific company, but I am leaving this review to warn others! I had a smooth experience using this company.

The only thing that upset me was that they don't respond to WhatsApp. I was really worried and found their office in person. They spent a long time sorting things out and somehow found our reservation. It was a shock. Otherwise, the process itself was fine. It started pouring rain, and the bus arrived, they handed out umbrellas—that's what I call service.

Everything was great. They contacted me on WhatsApp the day before and confirmed the transfer. At the airport, they put me on a bus and took me straight to the port. They met me there and took me straight to the boat. At Barakai, they also met me and took me to the bus to the hotel. I wouldn't have figured it out on my own. I highly recommend it.

We were met immediately at the airport exit with a company sign and escorted to a minibus. We were also met at the port, processed through the paperwork, waited for 10 minutes, and were on our way. On the island, we were loaded into a minibus and driven to the hotel door. And this was assuming there were only five of us on the boat and the minibuses weren't completely full. Convenient, efficient, and hassle-free.
