Reviews: Lower Antelope Canyon Hiking Tour
Guest User2026-10-31
Good, luckily sun during our tour. Remember to call in if you are going to be late for rescheduling of tour. Photo are allowed but not on stairs, as they are steep. The tour took around 1 hour. Our tour guide Cody was very helpful in answering and explaining the place to us. Our group was a small one and therefore we had ample time to take photos. Cody also helped to take awesome photos for us. Recommended, say hi to Cody for me.

This was one of my favorite experiences while traveling in Arizona with my husband and children. It’s a bit of a drive from the other major cities, but well worth it! Our guide Tevon was great! He was knowledgeable and very funny! Would 10/10 recommend!

Reviews: Page: Upper Antelope Canyon Prime Time Entry & Navajo Guide
Guest User2026-10-23
I highly recommend you hire a guide to shuttle you to the canyon entrance. The walk through the terrain isn't particularly hard but we had cool weather. One walking woman asked our guide for a ride back to her car. He was very accommodating. I wouldn't waste my time walking but if money is an issue, walking is doable. Bring water, wear a hat to protect you from the sun. Now, the Upper Canyon Tour was outstanding. The guide was knowledgeable, kind, shared openly about the Navajo culture and what the land means to the Navajo Nation. The history of the canyon is amazing. The sites you'll see are otherworldly. Pay the money! Do an Upper and Lower Canyon Tour. We used a smaller tour company for the upper canyon. For the lower canyon we used Dixie's Canyon tours which are organized and big business. They push a large volume through the lower canyon throughout the year. But they try to keep each group to 15 and there are guides inside the canyon to keep groups moving. Bucket List for sure!!!

Reviews: Comfortable bus - 1-day tour to Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend including lunch, departing from Las Vegas

This was an English-speaking tour with tourists from all over the world. Our guide, Mr. Guo, was Chinese and spoke to us in Mandarin; he was very attentive to the guests. We boarded the bus at 4:50 AM at the hotel entrance, a tiring 5-hour journey each way. Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon aren't far apart; we entered Antelope Canyon around 2 PM, guided by a local guide who also helped with photos. The wind blew sand down. It started raining after we left, so our tour was lucky. The tour provided bottled water, an energy biscuit for breakfast, and a sandwich for lunch.
