I really loved how kind and comfortable you made me feel from start to finish! You explained everything well and treated me so friendly that I was able to enjoy the trip without any pressure. I was especially grateful that you took such great photos for me, even though I was traveling alone. I was so thankful that you would proactively take pictures whenever you saw a famous spot or a pretty place at a tourist attraction, without me even having to ask. It was wonderful that you paid attention to these details for a solo traveler 😊 You shared detailed information about great restaurants, must-visit tourist spots, and local specialties based on your own experiences. You also provided meticulous information through our group chat, so I was able to easily find things to look around during my free time. Furthermore, when you explained things, you didn't just deliver the information; you used examples of things similar to Korea, which made it really easy to understand. Thanks to that, I was able to think, "Ah, so that's why!" while traveling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also liked that there was more free time than I expected, and overall, the itinerary was substantial yet relaxed, so I was very satisfied. Thanks to you, I was able to travel easily, quickly, and with great fun, without having to prepare anything difficult or complicated! I would love to stay here again if I visit next time. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip 😊

The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Li Jing, was a fun-loving woman from Northeast China. She was humorous, organized the group effectively, and even proactively helped families take photos. The small group of 20 people was also very punctual. Overall, it was a very cost-effective group tour.

Thanks to Guide Bae Tae-kwon, I had a very fulfilling tour. Even while traveling by bus, he provided easy-to-understand background explanations for our destinations, which allowed me to view the sites with a broader perspective. I was deeply moved by his passion and sincerity throughout the tour, from taking "life-changing" photos from various angles when requested—even while working up a sweat—to recommending restaurants he had personally visited and selected. Additionally, although he wasn't in charge of Korean, Guide Wang, who was on the same bus, had high energy from our first meeting, so I received positive energy and had a fun trip. If I visit Japan again, I plan to book Guide Bae Tae-kwon's tour. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience.🙂

Our guide, Coco, is fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, which made for a very comfortable trip. The bus driver was also great, allowing us to take our time with the tour. It was wonderful to wrap up our trip with a pleasant atmosphere, thanks to the various explanations provided at each location, including introductions and recommended food. I highly recommend this tour to families and couples alike if you are planning a trip to this destination😊

It would have been even better if it hadn't rained so we could have seen more animals! But thanks to the kind explanations from the guide sitting next to me, I learned a lot about Fukuoka haha. It makes me really want to come back with my mom on a nice day 😀

Excellent value for money, though the itinerary was a bit rushed. The zoo safari is all about taking photos, but unfortunately the bus windows were a bit dirty, so I couldn't get good pictures (Picture 1). You need to move to the driver's seat to take better photos (Picture 2 onwards). After the safari, we had some time to see other animals, all of which were very interesting. The tour bus couldn't stop at Mount Yufu, and there was a bit of fog, so I didn't take any photos, but it wasn't anything particularly special anyway. Beppu Umi Jigoku (Hell on the Sea) was quite interesting, and they even offer free foot baths, so remember to bring towels and tissues. Yufuin Street is very long, but it's not particularly special, and there's not enough time to walk the whole street; it seems like staying overnight at a hot spring hotel would be better. The tour guide's commentary along the way was a bit lacking in substance, but it was acceptable for the price. It turned out to be bilingual, but the English was quite poor, thankfully I could understand Chinese.
