The tour guide was calm and very enthusiastic, even offering to help take photos. She switched between Chinese and English throughout the tour, providing excellent explanations of the sights. This itinerary was very unique, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The whole trip was arranged very well and smoothly, and the attractions were arranged richly and excitingly: 📍 #Ruyi Wheel Temple 📍 #Tofuin Fairytale Town 📍 #Goldenscale Lake 📍 #Beppu Hell Hot Spring Rena service is extremely friendly and very attentive, attraction explanations are detailed and in-depth, time and route control is just right, do not feel overwhelmed. The process also courteously shared many local pocket lists and attraction trivia. The experience of traveling with Rena was great, highly recommended!

The day trip went smoothly, the tour guide explained the itinerary carefully, giving us a comfortable day. They also tried their best to accommodate any requests from our group members. They even pre-ordered takeout for us from a restaurant with a long queue at lunchtime, which was very thoughtful. We would definitely book again! 😁🫶🏻

Our tour guide, Ms. Liu, is from Shanghai and has a bit of a "country bumpkin" style. The bus was packed with tourists from various countries, and the guide provided bilingual service in Chinese and English. It was great value for money, and booking a day tour for these itineraries would be very worthwhile.
