Kayaking on the lake was fantastic! We were glad we already had some kayaking experience, because we didn't receive any instructions. We were given life vests, the lake wasn't deep, and there were experienced guides present who towed other kayakers along. After a while, we were able to paddle through the pelicans and mangroves on our own.
