The driver arrived on time. It was a legitimate Japanese green-plated car, very clean, and drove smoothly and professionally.

Reviews: Arashiyama bamboo forest + Nara Park deer + Fushimi Inari Taisha torii 1-day tour | Departure from Osaka or Kyoto
Guest User2025-08-19
Overall, it was pretty good. 1. The itinerary was reasonably arranged. 2. We booked quite late, so the only available date was August 16th, but customer service still tried their best to coordinate a departure date of August 15th for us. 3. There were quite a few passengers. We boarded at the second meeting point, and the tour guide helped us adjust our seats so my daughter and I could sit together. 4. Areas for improvement: 1) Other travel agencies were at the meeting point, and they could receive the tour guide's WeChat or contact information in advance, but our agency couldn't. They also didn't give us the vehicle's license plate number; we had to find it by looking at pictures. This was very unsettling for tourists from a foreign country who didn't speak the language. 2) Don't assume Chinese tourists will be late (especially since the tour guide himself is Chinese). It makes people uncomfortable. If we were late, we wouldn't mind being left at the scenic spot according to the early arrival policy.
