We arrived 45 minutes before departure. We upgraded our reservations to tickets. Boarding began on time. Departure was delayed by 15 minutes. We sailed via Nusa Penida. The total time to Trawangan was 3 hours.
Reviews: Fast Boat Ticket between BALI and GILI or LOMBOK

I arrived an hour before departure. Everything was organized perfectly: after receiving tickets at the ticket office, everyone is given badges with matching lanyards and led in a group to board. I booked a Widjaya speedboat, so I could sit on the upper deck and enjoy the sea and sun, while others were moping in the air-conditioned cabin. For those traveling to Lombok, the ferry makes an hour-long stop in Nusa Penida, where everyone disembarks and checks in again (there's no charge there, as some people say, only if you leave the port and go exploring the island). I recommend booking tickets here.

We got our tickets right away! The company contacted us before the trip and let us know where and when we'd meet! They even offered hotel transfers if needed. The boat was fantastic, with air conditioning and complimentary water! It's a small detail, but it's nice! Thanks to Trip, everything I've booked with them has been fantastic!

Booking was easy; the voucher arrived within an hour. It included full instructions on how to find the office and check in for the boat. The office is located about 100 meters from the pier. The sailing was on time, right on schedule, at 11:00 AM from Gili Trawangan. There's an upper deck on board without air conditioning, and there are also air-conditioned inner decks. Free water is also a plus. The boat is large, and we barely felt the waves.

Booking through Trip was quick, simple, and easy. We paid for the voucher, they sent it, and everything was clear. However, the departure organization at the port was terrible. First, it was a quest to find the company's head office, because if you ask locals at the port, they'll start selling you their own tickets, so I had to search. Then, at the office, they charge another tax (30,000 rubles per person), issue a ticket, and another person identifies your suitcase with a ribbon according to the exit stop. You have to track down the stop yourself, though; no one tells you what it is. When they issue the ticket, they suggest you go to a nearby cafe to wait; they have drinks and snacks, and importantly, there's one shared restroom. Then, at the appointed time, you have to return to the office to go to the port with them to catch the boat. Hundreds of people with suitcases crowded under the canopy, the sun, of course, was mercilessly scorching, it was the peak, and of course the organization was so terrible that we stood like that for 40 minutes, then this whole crowd moved to the port, and there another 40 minutes of waiting.
Reviews: Ticket FastBoat Bali (Padang Bai / Sanur harbour) To Gili Trawangan / Air / Lombok / Nusa Lembongan

I took the ferry from Gili T to Sanur, and the boat was large and clean. Wi-Fi was provided, so I sailed comfortably for 4 hours while watching YouTube. The departure was 50 minutes late (another company's vessel had a similar delay earlier) and the arrival was 10 minutes late, resulting in an overall arrival delay of 1 hour. For about 40 minutes before and after arriving at Padang Bai, the boat rocked so much that passengers outside got wet, but it was stable enough that I did not experience seasickness.
