I used it in Mumbai. Basically, it was possible to connect anywhere, and it was stable in a wide range of hotels, cafes, public areas, etc. However, depending on the location and time zone, the connection was unstable or not connected. The speed was enough for daily use (email, SNS, light video viewing) and I didn't feel any problems. Considering the price, the cost performance was high and the service was generally satisfactory.
