Important note

[eSIM Usage Conditions]

1. The device supports eSIM functionality.

How to check: On the phone dialer interface, dial *#06#. Generally, the presence of an EID indicates eSIM support. If there is no EID, eSIM cannot be used.

2. The phone is not carrier-locked.

How to check: Confirm with your carrier whether your device is locked.

*Please check if you meet the above conditions before purchasing. The eSIM can only function properly if all conditions are satisfied.

[Setting Up eSIM]

eSIM can only be installed under a stable network connection. Therefore, please plan the eSIM installation time reasonably according to the plan's validity period before your departure (it is recommended to install it within 6 hours before departure). Avoid installing it too early, which could cause the plan to expire prematurely and affect usage.

[Enable Data Roaming]

Please ensure the "Data Roaming" option for the eSIM is enabled.

[Upholding the Fair Internet Usage Principle]

To maintain internet connection quality and uphold the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecom companies worldwide may sometimes impose data restrictions on customers who use a large amount of internet data in a short period. This may lead to internet access failure or slower speeds. To ensure your normal internet connection, please try to avoid prolonged video watching/downloading, software updates, sharing your internet with others (hotspot), or other high data consumption activities.
