This tour was absolutely wonderful, largely thanks to our guide, Michael Li, who was professional, kind, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Today’s weather was perfect — I could even see Mt. Fuji from the island! I was especially happy about that, since I didn’t get to see it at all during yesterday’s trip to Mt. Fuji. Michael made the experience even richer by sharing beautiful pictures, fascinating stories, and historical insights at each stop. He also gave me a lot of extra advice on where to eat and what to visit — so helpful and friendly! I learned a great deal and truly enjoyed every moment. He was also very patient with every member of the group and made sure we all had a great time. I highly recommend this tour, and especially Michael! Thank you so much, Michael!

The driver was super nice, proactively helping with heavy luggage. The car was nicely air-conditioned, and the seats were large and comfortable. Both the outbound and return flights were very punctual, eliminating any anxiety about catching a flight. I will definitely book again next time I visit Tokyo!

The young driver was polite, drove safely, and provided clear explanations. He proactively introduced information about Kamakura and its attractions throughout the trip, giving my family a deeper understanding of the area. At our request, he changed the itinerary to take us on the Shonan Suspended Monorail, picking us up at the last station and bringing us back, fulfilling our wish. Afterwards, we visited Enoshima, the Great Buddha of Kamakura, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, and Komachi-dori Street. He even let us choose our own lunch. It was a particularly hot day, and the driver thoughtfully bought some iced drinks for our whole family. On the return trip, there was some traffic, but he took alternative routes so we could get back to the hotel earlier. Overall, I highly recommend this service!
