The itinerary was well-planned, and there was plenty of time. We took lots of photos of Mount Fuji, but unfortunately, it was obscured by clouds by the time we reached Lawson. Our driver, Ember, was very attentive and responsible.★

Kato was incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful throughout our trip. He checked the weather in advance and let us know it would be cloudy later in the afternoon, so he thoughtfully adjusted our itinerary to make sure we could see Mt. Fuji clearly. Instead of going to Gotemba Outlet first, we headed straight to Lake Kawaguchi and were lucky enough to see Fuji-san in all her glory. He then took us to a temple and to Lake Yamanaka, where he even gave us pellets to feed the geese—a lovely touch. We ended the day at Gotemba for some shopping. We really appreciated his flexibility and effort to make the experience special for us.★

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

The business staff, Xiao Li, and driver Yue Yue provided excellent service. They contacted us immediately, added us on WeChat to create a group chat, confirmed the address and pick-up information, and informed us of the itinerary and precautions. The car was clean and tidy, and driver Yue Yue was a very skilled driver, driving fast and steadily. He was also very enthusiastic and attentive, introducing the attractions, taking us to the entrance, and even buying drinks for everyone in the car out of his own pocket. He was a very nice person. Although the weather wasn't great, it was still a pleasant trip.★

Love Hikari our guide and our bus driver. They made sure we all went to Mt. Fuji and make sure we arrived back in Tokyo safely. Hikari always takes care of us and makes sure we all board the bus on time. Hikari went above and beyond to wait for all of us. He made sure no one was left behind. I really recommend the Hikari tour. It was a wonderful day we got to see Fuji clearly and were able to arrive back in Tokyo earlier than planned and avoided traffic jams.
