The bus departs on time. The arrival time doesn't take into account the traffic jams we experienced. We arrived at Kawaguchiko two hours later than scheduled. The return trip was an hour later. I would also like more detailed instructions for finding the platform; we had to walk around the building twice because Google Maps doesn't work well inside buildings.

My first experience with a night bus was quite unique. The customer service staff were very friendly, offering many options to choose from and even letting me restart the process. The only downside was that, being a big guy, I had a bit of trouble falling asleep 😅.

As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous! This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!
