We have booked the tour for 9 person, and we were very happy to choose this company. We ordered tour for Xishuangbanna Primeval Forest Park + Wild Elephant Valley private charter service and ticket. Coordinator Rachel was very kind, she replied even at night. The driver mister Huang was professional, the car was tidy. When I was booking by trip, was a bit hard to choose place for pick up on trip map, but I just told coordinator Rachel the name of our hotel and that was it. Thanks guys

The service staff were excellent and concerned about our safety. They informed us to notify them immediately if any problems arose. There's a WeChat group with the driver where we can communicate everything, but it's only in Chinese.

From the very beginning of the consultation, the customer service representative patiently explained everything to me in detail. Driver Li was incredibly enthusiastic; not only was his driving skill top-notch and very steady, but he was also very talkative, allowing me to quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of Pu'er, from its geography and culture to its cuisine—he knew everything. Following his recommendations, I truly enjoyed many local delicacies. His explanations of everything from the flora and fauna of the Sun River to coffee knowledge were remarkably detailed. I will definitely recommend them to any friends who visit.
