Our driver who pick us up from the hotel is quite friendly and received his WhatsApp message a day before the tour. The whole team communicated well. The jeep driver cum photographer brought is also friendly and started to help us take photo once we had settled down on the spot to view sunrise. However, his photography skills could be improved. Compared to other jeep drivers, our driver put noticeably less effort into taking photos. So far we are able to communicate in English. Had a good experience for the tour. Before ending the tour, we decided to have lunch at a local restaurant offering a buffet instead of visiting the originally planned Kintamani café. The driver explained that most visitors go there primarily for the Mount Batur view rather than the café itself. As the mountain was heavily covered by clouds that day, we felt it would not be worthwhile to make the trip and chose the buffet restaurant instead.

If you're comfortable communicating via WhatsApp, it's smooth sailing. We were able to discuss pickup arrangements, meals, and optional additions like temples, with flexibility. Mount Batur is cold, so warm clothing is essential. You can rent blankets and jackets for 50k, but that's not enough to keep you warm.

We are from Russia. My husband and I traveled here. First, I want to say that the price on this website is several times lower than what you'd get from a tour operator for the same service. Second, everything matched the description. We were picked up from our hotel (Nusa Dua) ​​at exactly 2:00 a.m. in a comfortable car that seats four, including the driver. The air conditioning was on the entire journey. Two and a half hours later, we arrived at the meeting point. There, you can use the restroom, drink tea or coffee, and meet the second jeep driver. Jackets and blankets are available for rent. A blanket costs 50,000 rupees. DRESS WARMLY! It's very cold at the summit at night. Upon reaching the summit, the driver, Lena, laid a mat on the roof (not everyone got this) and offered breakfast (tea, banana sandwiches, chocolate, and eggs). He then took as many photos of us as we wanted. Thank you! After watching the sunrise, we drove to the lava fields, then to the hot springs. The springs themselves are hot and fine, but the showers, changing areas, and restrooms are very dirty. Apart from that, we really enjoyed everything! We highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed it, our driver Gokong was friendly, polite and took a ton of great photos for us, for which we are especially grateful to him, and we didn't even need to stop at the springs😊

Very nice trip. We got a lot of nice photos. And the driver Mel ( who picked up us from hotel to base camp. She is really nice. We see the time wrongly and we are late for 40 mins but she waited so long for us. Thanks for your patience, Mel!!! And Novii who is our jeep driver , we would like to thank her as well. She really tried to take pictures a lot for us. Very patient person. Both Mel and Novii gave us very good excellent service and made our trip special!!! Thanks to Mel and Noviii.
