I didn't want to get an eSIM. She was very helpful. I activated it at the Moscow airport before my flight. I used 1GB of data per day and shared it with two other phones. It was basically enough, but I should have gotten 2GB, then it would have been completely comfortable. The SIM card worked perfectly in both Cairo and Alexandria.

Customer service is fast in respond. I arrived Mauritius and noticed that I can’t use 5G. I used the airport WiFi to communicate with the customer service. They immediately solved the signal issue. The 5G connection is good in Mauritius.

An ongoing problem when used in mainland China,  service was not stable, requiring many a number of calls to support & a few resets, not the best experience. elsewhereinAsia, no problem though.
