I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.

This was my first time buying an esim. I activated it in Russia, but it didn't work. I was really worried something was wrong, but it only worked after landing in China. I was pleased with the stable, fast internet. Russian apps worked without a VPN. The only downside is that there's no phone number, so registering in the apps is impossible, and verifying your account on Google Maps is also impossible. Otherwise, everything is great.
