Reviews: From Paphos: Famagusta, Salamis, and Varosha Walking Tour
Guest User2026-10-30
Eva our tour guide, was very instructive and informative. The coach journey was a full day, but comfortable and our driver, Chris, was very competent. The walk around the Ghost city of Varosha was very moving and emotional for some and especially for Eva, who presented the time spent there with great dignity and magnaminity. The walk around the old walled city of Famagusta was enlightening. A few miles away from there was the ancient Roman ruins of Salamis, our last part on the days agenda. This again, was undertaken with expert knowledge from Eva. All in all, we had a fantastic day out and would recommend this tour to anyone who's interested in the history of Cyprus. Well done !!

Old town was great too see and the coffee shop that we stopped at (as recommended) was incredible. Thank you for a great trip.

Reviews: Limassol Walking Tour: A Local Architect's Insight
Guest User2026-10-15
Ioannis is a super friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. it was a really interesting tour with a lot of insights about Cyprus and of course Limassol. I can only recommend this tour, the distance is not too long and also the duration of about 2 hours was super. Ioannis answered all upcoming questions and with his nice attitude the 2 hours felt like 30 minutes. Thank you Ioannis and maybe see you some time again.

Reviews: From Paphos: Nicosia and Larnaka Tour in Polish
Guest User2026-08-28
A brilliant and very interesting tour. The guide provided us with a wealth of information and interesting anecdotes about our accommodation in Paphos, as well as the history of Cyprus and, of course, Nicosia itself, our destination. During the trip, she also shared a wealth of information about the places we passed. The way she conveyed the information was very interesting and accessible, interspersed with fascinating and hilarious stories from the daily life of someone who had lived in Cyprus for decades. Her perspective helped us understand the customs and behavior of ordinary people living there. It's worth bringing your passports, as you can visit the Turkish side. It's a shame we had the remaining days of our stay planned, as we would certainly have taken advantage of other tours and attractions.

Reviews: Ayia Napa/Protaras/Larnaka: Famagusta and Salamis Day Trip

Olga was an exceptional guide, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable with some fun facts. She gave a concise account of the history behind each place we visited and the people therein. Olga did brilliantly keeping the large group together during our walkabouts. I learnt much more than I expected. Our driver did a great job maneuvering the coach around some very tight bends and mostly managed to avoid the dips in the 'road' which was more like a dirt track at one car park. Our Turkish guide was friendly and without her we wouldn't have been allowed to visit the locations we went to. All in all, it was a good day trip. I recommend visiting Varoshi and Famagusta.
