The network coverage was reliable throughout my trip, including in the city and while traveling to Langkawi. The speed was good for using maps, booking rides, social media, and browsing. Overall, I’m very happy with the service. It saved time and effort, and I would definitely recommend Trip.com eSIM for anyone traveling to Malaysia.

I purchased a 2-piece eSIM package. I used one eSIM successfully without any issues—it worked perfectly during my trip. The second eSIM was for my husband, but unfortunately, it could not be activated. When we tried to use it, we received a message saying it had already been used or was invalid. Because of this experience, I would recommend buying eSIMs one by one and activate separetely, to avoid a similar issue.
