Our guide, Mandy, was professional, enthusiastic, and attentive, providing detailed explanations of the sights and patiently explaining everything. The driver was smooth, safe, and reliable, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The entire itinerary was very comprehensive, covering many beautiful attractions. The driver was very attentive to the passengers, patiently explaining the road conditions when we encountered traffic jams. Communication was excellent and his attitude was friendly. Although it was unfortunate that the Kaba ferry couldn't sail due to low water levels, the customer service staff actively assisted in finding alternative solutions, and we were ultimately fortunate enough to see a clear view of Mount Fuji!

This day trip to Mount Fuji was absolutely fantastic! We were incredibly lucky to see the entire mountain before the continuous rainy days started – a clear view! Our customer service representative, Daqi, was super responsible and incredibly helpful; our driver, Mr. Mu, was incredibly humorous, picked us up from the hotel on time, drove smoothly, and even found off-the-beaten-path photo angles – he's practically a photographer in disguise! The itinerary was meticulously planned, especially Lake Shoji – compared to the crowded Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Yamanaka, it offered almost the entire view of Mount Fuji, making every shot a masterpiece! I highly recommend choosing the tour that includes Lake Shoji – less crowded, beautiful scenery, and a truly immersive experience!
