This is my second purchase. The signal is strong even in Shangri-La, and I've been able to use it without any problems. Signal is okay in overall. Only some spots that I got no internet connection. Best part is it is local sim, hence Tiktok and GPT apps are working fine without apn changing which is complicated. I haven’t use customer service, giving average rating there but over all - good, I would purchase this again next visit!★
