I paid and connected. Everything is intuitive. I bought it for a trip around Langkawi. I activated it before leaving Krabi. I had internet access immediately after landing in Kuala Lumpur. I've been VERY PLEASED with the eSims I've bought. I also had a problem a few days ago and a customer service representative walked me through the solution which included them sending a new QR code. So impressed that I bought a 1-day package for a friend who had complained that eSims are soo expensive. Now she's a convert!
