We were informed in advance of the meeting time and fees, met at our hotel on time, and taken to the office to pay the fees, then to the helipad. The helicopter was comfortable, and the flight offered excellent views. The pilot flew over them several times so both passengers could see them. We booked a 25-minute flight, and the extra time was worth it, even though the only animals we saw were elephants. The description and ticket misrepresented the fees; they charged us a third more for a 25-minute flight, claiming the information was for a 15-minute flight.

The talented cast and crew masterfully weave a narrative that educates, entertains, and emotionally resonates. Simunye team thumbs up, I can’t wait for your next cast. The Tour Guidw was amazing, very knowledge, a kind and patient guy. I could feel like I have known him a long time ago. The walks a bit of a stretch but my team and I did not feel the distance. Trevor the Tour guide does his job with a full heart. I recommend this touring company to anyone. We did take pictures of the falls and also met baboons and also took pictures.

Afro Dawn Sarfaris was amazing. Our guide was friendly, welcoming and on time to collect us. He was also very knowledgable as we drove along giving us information about the area. Arriving at the dinner he kindly ushered us through to the entrance, explaining all the customs as we went along. The Boma dinner and dance experience was simply amazing. All staff were efficient, food delicious and entertainment on point.
