We hired a Chinese-speaking driver for two days for our family trip, and arranged a van with at least 10 people to Hoi An and Hue. Although the driver didn't speak Chinese, the travel agency arranged a Chinese-speaking tour guide named Yan'er, which we thought was a better arrangement. Having someone to handle everything was much more convenient, as not many people in Vietnam speak English, which made the whole trip very smooth. The itinerary arranged by the travel agency was also just right. 👍
