By far the best purchase I could have made; just a round trip to Hiroshima costs over 6,000 yen. I used it strategically to visit Hiroshima, Miyajima, Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. The Kansai Wide Area Railway Pass was very convenient. I went to Takayama and Toyama, and explored Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. It was a very enjoyable trip.

The Seto Inland Sea pass was perfect for my trip. I traveled from Fukuoka to Okayama to Takamatsu to Kobe, and even with the pass, I could still relax and wander at my own pace, taking my time. The 7-day pass was also great; it was a very enjoyable trip.
