Jeep tour in Hanoi was an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations. From the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city streets to the stunning historical sites, every moment was captivating. The local guide Freddie and driver Mr. Phong were reliable and shared fascinating stories about the culture and traditions of Vietnam. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the delicious street food, tasting various local dishes that truly delighted our taste buds. The scenic views, especially around Hoan Kiem Lake, were absolutely breathtaking. Overall, the half-day's activities were perfectly organized, making it easy for us to soak in all the beauty and charm Hanoi has to offer. It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.

The service in Hanoi is very convenient, including a Russian-language audio guide. The route is interesting. It took four hours. It was basically enough for everything: first, we did the full circle, then stopped at three stops for sightseeing. One inconvenience: the first time you have to board the bus, you have to get off at the first stop, near the opera house. There, you have to exchange your trip reservation for a paper ticket.


