I am Japanese. On August 28th (Thursday), I realized that my visa was insufficient for entry into Vietnam because it was less than six months old and my flight was scheduled for August 30th (Sunday). After submitting the documents correctly, it was just like applying for the visa myself; I simply waited for the Vietnamese authorities' approval and response. The processing speed was fast, and the price was much cheaper than using a travel agency. I would definitely choose this service again next time I have the opportunity.
