The bus is comfortable, and the operator sends all the information (ticket, bus departure location) to your messenger.

Booked this for my cousins and I’ve had their booking amended several times but the support was incredible. Hang made sure we were accommodated properly.

The service in Hanoi is very convenient, including a Russian-language audio guide. The route is interesting. It took four hours. It was basically enough for everything: first, we did the full circle, then stopped at three stops for sightseeing. One inconvenience: the first time you have to board the bus, you have to get off at the first stop, near the opera house. There, you have to exchange your trip reservation for a paper ticket.

The sleeper bus exceeded my expectations 🚌✨ The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. This trip was incredibly comfortable because they picked me up from my accommodation on the way to Sapa and dropped me off back at Hanoi's Old Quarter on the return trip. So convenient! I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. I was very impressed ❤️

Clean and comfortable travel from Hanoi to Sapa. We just hope they have service to pick you up at your hotel to the bus station and to your next hotel accomodation. Overall, very satisfied.

This is the best bus I've ever traveled on in Vietnam. If it had left on time, I would have given it a 5.
