The entire tour was well-connected. Although each attraction on the shore was relatively small, there was lunch on the boat, afternoon tea at sunset, opportunities to visit caves, take a bamboo raft ride, stroll on the beach, and climb mountains. The tour covered everything, making for a very enjoyable experience.★

The staff kept me informed via WhatsApp from the day before departure, so I had no worries until departure.
The tour was packed with activities including cycling, a visit to Bai Dinh Temple (pagoda), lunch, a Trang An boat cruise, and a hike to Mua Caves (the "Stairs of Hell"), making it a very fulfilling experience (the tour structure can be customized according to your preferences). Lunch was a buffet style with a wide variety of delicious food.
Our guide, Tom, spoke in clear and easy-to-understand English, so even though I'm not fluent in English, I was able to understand most of it. He also answered my questions about the temple carefully using a translation app, which I found very helpful.
Thanks to the well-structured tour and the guide's high skill level, I had a very enjoyable day.
If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that although the bus had VIP-style leather individual seats with massage functions, the legroom felt a little cramped. A little more space between seats would make long journeys more comfortable.★

The cruise was amazing. We didn't regret choosing it for a second. I agree with other reviews that lunch was too early, but it was delicious. There was also a kayaking trip and a cave visit, along with a master class from the chef. My only advice: be careful around the pool; there's no rubber surface and it's easy to fall. And that's exactly what I did.★

I tried their head massage service here, and it was very relaxing, painless, and the service was good and quite attentive. They have private rooms. You can try visiting this place if you want to use a massage service on the street.★

Such a fun and enjoyable coffee workshop! We learnt how to make six different types of coffee, and the whole experience was really hands on and engaging. Lin was a fantastic instructor: friendly, knowledgeable and really patient, making the class easy to follow and lots of fun.
I loved getting to make each coffee ourselves and learning more about Vietnamese coffee along the way. A brilliant experience and definitely something I’d recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi, especially if you’re a coffee lover!
