The reservation itself went smoothly. The shop is supposed to open at 9am, so I was there from 10 minutes before 9am until a little after. Not even the lights were on, which made me uneasy, so I walked to a different branch of the same chain, but that was also closed, so I moved to a different tourist spot. It would have been nice if there had been at least some people around, but I completely forgot about Hanoi time. I consulted with customer service and they changed my appointment from May 5th to 6th, which resolved the issue. Thank you. At that time, they asked me to submit a photo. It was the first time I realized that objective evidence is necessary. A photo of the shop with the time indicated showing that it was closed at that time, and ideally with a picture of myself in it as well, would be perfect. The massage itself was thorough and I was quite satisfied. Regarding the opening hours, it would be helpful if you could write something like "opens around 9am" so that people understand.

The location was Say Reserve Roastery. The instructor was very professional, introducing basic coffee beans and the history of Vietnamese coffee. In just one hour, we learned to make two types of Vietnamese coffee. The instructor spoke excellent English and was very friendly. That day, only my sister and I had booked the class; there was only one person ahead of us in a 1-on-1 session. After the class, he also recommended a cheaper place to see the railway train. 👍👍

As a Japanese resident, I highly recommend this spa. Although they don't speak Japanese, I can recommend this spa to anyone visiting Hanoi on business or sightseeing, thanks to the therapists' treatment skills and the hospitality of the reception staff. This time, I chose a 90-minute full-body oil massage. You can choose from four different oil scents.
