It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

Every thing looks fine. For a tip, first seat behind the driver was very uncomfortable and painful due to the small leg room. Trip agency should not have shopping pearls for an hour disguising dropping rest room. Originally there was no shopping spending time.★

Jeep tour in Hanoi was an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations. From the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city streets to the stunning historical sites, every moment was captivating. The local guide Freddie and driver Mr. Phong were reliable and shared fascinating stories about the culture and traditions of Vietnam.
We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the delicious street food, tasting various local dishes that truly delighted our taste buds. The scenic views, especially around Hoan Kiem Lake, were absolutely breathtaking.
Overall, the half-day's activities were perfectly organized, making it easy for us to soak in all the beauty and charm Hanoi has to offer. We left with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for this remarkable city.★

The tour was so organized. Our tour guide -Nam is the best. He is kind and has a humor. He always checked if all of us are happy and safe. He even share not only history of Vietnam but also some tips as a tourist. By the way both the sales manager, Mike and the tour guide Nam communicated on us a day before the trip to make sure everything is okay. Great tour service. The cruise is nice and clean too. The variety of food is served and delicious. Definitely recommendable!★

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.
