Extremely satisfied! Customer service added me on WeChat immediately after I placed the order, and the tour guide contacted me on WeChat the afternoon before departure. Customer service also sent me a WeChat message with the meeting point information. This trip mainly focused on seeing mountains and rivers, which could have been a bit boring, but our tour guide, J01 Xiaoyu Will, was very professional, his explanations were interesting, and he was very friendly, making the trip very enjoyable. It was a wonderful day trip.

We visited on a rainy day and missed Mount Fuji, but we did see many other interesting sights. Our driver was very punctual, spoke good English, and translated into Russian for us. There were six of us, and the car was spacious enough for a comfortable ride, with plenty of room for bags and umbrellas. The trip was pleasant and comfortable. Thanks to Seki.

My brother and I went on a trip; we got lost and were running very late. Alex not only waited for us but also helped us find our way to him. 🥹😄 After visiting Fuji, we were lucky that the fog lifted and we could see the mountain clearly. There were almost no people at the gates and the temple, and there were no queues in the shops. And there was also delicious food there, and most importantly, it wasn’t expensive and was quite unusual. For example, chestnut ice cream (it was delicious) 😊🪷
Reviews: Hakone Lake Ashi & Atami Fireworks Festival Day Tour from Tokyo | Small Group Max 9 | Hotel Pick-up Option | Hakone Shrine&Floating Torii Gate

I thought the rain would be a disappointment, but I encountered Hakone at its most gentle. Lake Ashi in the rain resembled a watercolor painting, its surface shrouded in mist, with pirate ships gliding through it—it felt like something out of a Miyazaki animation. The torii gates over the water appeared even more serene on a rainy day, their vermilion gleaming after being washed clean by the rain, making for photos with an inherent sense of story. The moss and stone steps of Hakone Shrine, moistened by the rain, were exceptionally soothingly green. By evening, the rain had subsided in Atami, the lake a beautiful grey-blue, possessing a unique charm, and the evening fireworks bathed the entire area in romance. A special thank you to our driver, Shao. We had missed the tram exit, but instead of making us return to the designated spot, he picked us up at the new exit and even brought umbrellas, making driving in the rain much safer. Visiting Hakone on a rainy day is definitely an underrated romantic experience.
