The itinerary was very reasonable, and our tour guide and driver, Mr. Baiyin, provided excellent service. It was just a bit of a shame that the weather was bad and we missed the cable car!

Wan was our guide and driver, who was excellent. Great communication all the way via WhatsApp - from pick up to all the stops, was good to have a small group as much easier to manage amongst all the big tour buses. We were dropped off with ample time to see the sights and take pics, and she was flexible to tweak this as one of the stops had huge crowds. Would highly recommend!

This was a packed day trip, offering incredible views of Mount Fuji from various angles. We traveled with two people over 75 and a five-year-old child. Our guide, Andrew, was energetic and engaging. He made us even more excited about what we were about to see and was incredibly hospitable. Our bus driver was skilled, making the journey very smooth. This trip was easy to book, and I highly recommend it if you're short on time and looking for a day trip from Tokyo.

I was extremely satisfied with my Hakone trip! The weather was fantastic throughout, the scenery was beautiful, and I even got to try black eggs. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing ample time at most attractions without feeling rushed. The tour guide was very enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, and humorous; his explanations were engaging, and his service was exceptionally attentive. Highly recommended!
