Pretty good deal for a HoHo bus. Our tix were valid for 24 hours and 2 of the lines ran until 9:30 PM. The other 2 ended at 5:30. Dialog on bus was only mandarin and no earbuds available to translate to other languages. Good if you want to discover the city.

We had a truly wonderful day! A huge thank you to our driver, Mr. Yin, who was fantastic all day and transported us safely and comfortably from one place to the next. We saw the lion dance, which was an amazing experience, and the Qinghui Garden was simply breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and took home many wonderful memories. The trip was excellently organized. There were four of us – two adults and two children. They contacted me in advance to discuss all the details. The driver picked us up from our hotel, took us to the amusement park, printed all the tickets, and waited for us. After the park, he took us to a pre-renovated shopping center instead of the hotel. I really liked the park itself; the private transfer was also great because you arrive before the tour groups, so we were able to explore the area without the crowds for the first hour and a half. The car was comfortable, a sedan-like train, and we communicated with the driver through a translator, but that wasn't a problem at all. I'm writing a review of the service and give it an excellent rating. Many good reviews have already been written about the park itself. I'll add that the downhill racing was unexpectedly cool. Whether you're choosing between go-karts or tobogganing, the go-karts are definitely the go-karts! It was a blast, with a long track and real speed. The food was reasonably priced both on the mountain and in the reception area. They accept payments via the UP RSHB app. In short, we didn’t regret going to this park with these organizers.

This chartered car trip from Guangzhou to Shenzhen was a fantastic experience! We booked two cars, and the company even upgraded our vehicle for free, which was incredibly thoughtful. The upgraded car was very high-end, spacious, and comfortable, with massage chairs inside, which everyone loved. The entire journey was very comfortable, a perfect experience! The customer service was also excellent—friendly and patient, responding promptly to any questions and actively helping to resolve them, which made us feel very at ease. The driver was also very kind and polite, even helping with our luggage; the service was very attentive. Overall, the service from customer service and the driver, as well as the comfort of the vehicle, exceeded our expectations. We were extremely satisfied with this chartered car experience and highly recommend it to anyone needing to travel from Guangzhou to Shenzhen! We will definitely choose this company again next time!
