The short break was very well planned by the Neustadt travel agency. The hotel, city tour, and harbor cruise were all well organized. The train journey went perfectly, right down to the minute. I would gladly book with TUI again.

Everything except the Spice Museum… The voucher wasn't scanned because the attraction supposedly wasn't included in the pass. But it is. We paid the €12 entrance fee. Perhaps this information is helpful for future bookings from guests who experience the same issue. Best regards, Spitra Monika

It was a lovely tour. The tour guide explained everything very well. The fact that the drinks machine wasn't working was a real shame in the hot weather.
