Everything is great. Easy installation, connection is everywhere, including in small towns and on trains. I was very pleased with the quality and speed. I haven't had to contact support, but I'm sure they work great too.

I only saw later that Trip.com offered something like this. I bought the 5G package and was "relatively" satisfied. Sometimes there were problems with no signal, so I had to use my other eSIM and could switch back and forth. Nevertheless, I was satisfied and would buy it again next time.

It was a very interesting trip to Japan, but I probably won't be going back anytime soon. My company's project there for this year has been successfully completed. Thanks to Ctrip for recommending the SIM card, the speed is so fast!
