During our four days in Penang, we booked three different day trips. This particular trip was a relaxing and enjoyable one with Kent as our driver and guide. Kent was very considerate; even though we cancelled two of the activities at the last minute, Kent's planning and the order of the tours were satisfactory. In the evening, although the weather was cloudy and we didn't see the sunset, we enjoyed a fantastic fire show at the beach, and we had plenty of time to relax on the beach with the sea breeze. On the way back, Kent recommended a delicious Indian restaurant. Honestly, if I had just passed by that stall, I definitely wouldn't have dared to try it, but he took us there and recommended it, and our whole family thought it was fantastic!

The car was very clean, and the service was excellent. The driver (Jack) provided information about Penang's history and culture along the way, and the staff in the group chat were always prompt in their responses. A fantastic experience!

We all had such a wonderful time! Ken was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always thinking ahead and taking great care of us. It was raining heavily when we started our trip, so he recommended us indoor locations until the rain lightened, then we headed up to Balik Pulau for durians. We felt completely at ease throughout the whole trip with him looking after us. Highly recommend Ken!
