It was my first time snorkeling, and I was a little scared when I saw the deep cracks. I even choked on water because of it, but the instructor was very gentle and comforted us and patiently guided us.

Arriving in Iceland, I truly felt the awe and charm of nature. I'm especially grateful to the two excellent staff members I met that day – our Chinese-speaking guide, "Penguin," and our driver, Pawel – who made our short day trip a fantastic experience! 👍 This trip covered many classic attractions in Iceland's Golden Circle, including Thingvellir National Park, Bruarfoss Waterfall (Tiffany Blue Waterfall), Geysir, Strønköyököyu, and Gufossfoss. Along the way, Penguin not only meticulously explained the natural scenery of each site but also shared Icelandic history, festivals, and various interesting celebrations, adding a layer of understanding to what was originally just a sightseeing trip. What deserves special praise is that Penguin accompanied us throughout the entire visit, proactively explaining, patiently answering questions, and even enthusiastically taking photos for everyone 📷. She was both professional and friendly, with a truly strong service attitude. We need a dozen guides like her! 😂👍 Our driver, Pawel, was equally nice! His driving skills were superb; the ride was smooth and reassuring. He also proactively helped with receiving and carrying our luggage, showing his attentiveness and thoughtfulness in every detail. Although it was only a short day, Penguin and Pawel provided us with more than just a trip to Iceland; it was a relaxing, enjoyable, and heartwarming travel experience. Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, and patient—a big thumbs up! 👍👍👍
