Reviews: Golden Circle Super Jeep Adventure with Snowmobiling on Glacier

We booked 2 tours with this company for my family (including daughters aged 11 & 13) and loved them both! We did the golden circle with snowmobiling tour plus the south coast and ice cave tour.
We were originally due to travel in November but had to cancel due to my husband being hospitalised. I contacted activity iceland to cancel and they arranged a full refund the same day.
Collection from our designated bus stop in the super jeep was prompt and the vehicles very comfy. We were in very small groups. We were joined by just one other couple on the first tour and had the tour guide to ourselves on the second tour. Our guides specifically organised the tour in a way that maximised the daylight hours and avoided the crowds.
We were lucky enough to get the same driver both days, he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, I don't think there was a question he couldn't answer! He enlightened us not only on the landscapes and geology but also provided many, many insights into life as an Icelander.
Thank you for making our first Iceland trip such a memorable experience!
P.s. sorry I can't remember the name of our tour guide, it began with a 'H'.★

We came as a couple and really appreciated the privacy of this place. The facilities are very clean, and a video at reception explains how to make the most of the space (in French). You can even have a drink while enjoying the sunset in the hot springs... a dream! For the more adventurous, it's possible to take a short tour of the geysers or hot tubs around the lagoon... a refreshing dip before plunging back into the hot water 😁Trip.com Picks
