Easy to book and prefer Secret Lagoon to others who are too commercial. Set up is similar to the onsens in Japan, except that towels are not provided and quite expensive to rent @ ISK 1,100 if you do not bring one.

It was a bit of a shame that we had to wait 30-60 minutes before the bus showed up. Easy to get in touch with staff from the company. A bit stressful to get everything done, but fun to see as much as possible!

There were too few customer service representatives, and it was often difficult to get in touch. When I did manage to reach them, things were relatively smooth. The local company's receptionist was incompetent; if I hadn't been closely following the pilot, I might not have been able to board. The scenery and flight experience were quite good.

Brilliant and informative. We loved this show and how it was explained. They explained how the lava moved and how it formed and the different types. It was great and lots of opportunities for questions and answers.

Overall, the arrangements were good, and the driver, Thur, was very friendly and proactively took photos for everyone.


