This was my first time choosing a travel product on Ctrip, and I had a fantastic experience. It was convenient, worry-free, and I had absolutely no concerns, making my trip incredibly enjoyable! I booked my round-trip train tickets through Ctrip, which was much better than booking them myself – convenient, fast, and all-inclusive. I didn't have to do anything. On my return trip, the high-speed rail was suspended in Sanya due to a typhoon, but after contacting Ctrip, they resolved the issue quickly and I received a refund and payment for the tickets. I'm very grateful; they are truly trustworthy. Furthermore, the hotel I booked through Ctrip was the best I stayed at during my trip to Sanya, and it was practically free! I happened to catch a promotion – a super value package with a 100 RMB discount, which was like getting a free night's accommodation with the purchase of two round-trip train tickets. It was incredibly cost-effective and a great deal. I hope Ctrip will offer more promotions in the future; I'll definitely support them more often! Haha~~ Ctrip's service was also excellent and comprehensive, with full-service tracking. There are Ctrip branches in Sanya where you can easily get help if needed, which is very thoughtful. The complimentary commuter tickets and coupons were a nice touch, thank you! Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip. I hope Ctrip continues to improve; thumbs up!!
